Purchasing Executive

Position**:Purchasing Executive**:- Location: Pulau Meranti, Puchong. Selangor.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms and pricing.- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials, parts, and components.- Review and analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while continuously seeking new partnerships.- Conduct business negotiations and communication with local and overseas suppliers and vendors effectively.- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or similar role within the manufacturing industry.- Fluent in English and local languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build positive supplier relationships.- Proficiency in procurement software and tools to streamline purchasing processes.- Knowledge of the bus manufacturing industry, electric vehicle components, and related suppliers is a plus.- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Must be able to work on half-day Saturday (twice per month)**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 3 years (preferred)- manufacturing industry: 3 years (preferred)Application Deadline: 09/08/2023
