Purchasing Executive

**Responsibility**- To handle the purchasing of raw materials, goods & supplies when needed- Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from different suppliers- Review the quality of purchased products- Ensure all the goods received are in the correct quantity.- Track orders to ensure timely delivery- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities & price) into internal database- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices- Monitor stock level from time to time to ensure supplies are not interrupted.**Requirements**:- Minimum education level : SPM- Computer-literate- Able to work independently- Able to read and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia- Able to work 5.5 days a week**Benefits**- EPF/SOSCO/EIS- Panel clinic & medical claim provided.- Medical & PA insurance provided upon confirmation- Company trip once every 2 years.- Training provided.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- When can you start working?
