Purchasing Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements: Control and plan ahead stock in hand locally and overseas. Handles to customer requirement and forecasting relates to Purchase Order issuance planning. Handles to discrepancies/dispute/raw material damages/reject with supplier. Co-ordinates with forwarding company for all the incoming shipment Liaison with local government agency for all related matters. Be analytical in costing updating and pricing comparison.
