Purchasing Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Request for quotes and parts sourcing to ensure the most competitive price is achieved and entering sourced data into system correctly.- To source, negotiate price, currency and payment term with new and existing supplier.- Maintain the system to ensure all commercial data is complete and up to date eg. Unit price, standard pack quantity ( SPQ ), minimum order quantity ( MOQ ), lead time and etc.- Perform parts expediting and ensure supplier deliver the right part at the right time with the right quantity.- Prepare all documentation ( PO issuing, internal order and etc ) to ensure the operation runs smoothly.- Prepare monthly Manufacturing Warehouse Licence ( LMW ) reports to be submitted to custom.Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university especially in Business Administration or Engineering departments,- Strong analytical abilities, sense of urgency and multitasking.- Experience in SAP is an asset,**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
