**About the Company**A well-known Japanese based manufacturing company of Electronic products**Responsibilities**:- Daily Operation (Online or offline Purchase Requisition (PR))a) Understand requester need and get the necessary informationb) Sourcing -> RFQ / Tender. Arrange site visit when required(Fair and equal opportunity to all supplier and comply toAnti-Bribery & Corruption Policy & Rules)c) Follow up on quotation and cost comparisond) Awarding proceduree) PO management including delivery follow up- Support to OU (operating units/factories)a) Process/operation support and trainingb) Special on-site support for requestors/users (when required)- Performance Managementa) Daily monitoring of outstanding PR statusb) Efficiency and accuracy of PR processingc) Cost rationalization- Master Data Managementa) User master registration and updateb) Supplier master registration and update- Catalog Managementa) Item Management - Add / delete item in catalogb) Price Management - Base price, price validity, price review**Job Requirements**:- Fresh graduate. Working experience in direct or indirect material purchasing will be an added advantage- Good English communication skills (Chinese speaking preferable) and great cross-cultural communication skills- Computer Literacy.
