Purchasing Executive (Skudai) (Non-Halal F&B

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:- Ensure the timely ordering of the day-to-day requisitions- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system- Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders, GRN, and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.- Source for suppliers based on competitive cost, quality, delivery performance- Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with suppliers- Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers and ensures timely delivery of goods- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 2 or 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Experience in food manufacturing procurement will be added advantage- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing- Able to work at **TAMAN UNIVERSITI, SKUDAI**:- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, ??Or you may direct send in your resume to daisei(at)kowhock.my / Ms Fion (017-6931656)**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus
