Purchasing Full Time

**Responsibilities & duties**:- Raise Purchase Orders in line with business rules- Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with business rules- Receipt Purchase Order based on an approved goods receipt note/delivery docket- Request credit notes from suppliers- Establish sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders**Skills / attributes required**:- Strong understanding of Purchasing principles and processes- Experience with Purchasing systems (preferred)- Analytical and have the ability to solve purchasing and inventory related problems- Strong data entry skills- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills- Proactive, highly motivated and flexible- Highly organized- Experienced with MS Office including Word and excel**Qualifications / experience required**:- Preferably Business Administration, Accountancy or Related- Experience in a Purchasing/Warehouse role, including data entryWorking hours : Sunday-Thursday (9am - 6pm)Saturday(9am-2pm)/(1pm-6pm)Salary : negotiateIncluded : KWSP & SocsoFriday OFF**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Company car- Free parking- Maternity leave- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Alor Setar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
