Purchasing Intern

I. Daily Task- Purchase and issue order in accordance with specification.- Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site on time.- Support relevant departments with quotations.- Reconcile delivery order and invoice with purchaser.II. Responsiblities- The purchaser is responsible for processing of materials purchase for the best price, payment terms and quality.- Ensure all Purchase Order (PO) full sets are compiled and kept in the server.- Monitor and expedite on deliveries to meet project timeline.- Liaise with suppliers for shipment arrangement, delivery mode etc.- Liaise with freight forwarder and project team in arranging shipment and ensure the shipping document is correct including HS Code declared for customs clearance.- Liaise and verify with Account Department regarding invoices.- SSM compilation for local new vendor.- Approved Vendor List Updating- Perform other related duties as when required.Working Hours = 0800 - 1748Working Days = Monday - Friday**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 4-6 monthsPay: RM1,000.00 per month
