Purchasing Intern

**Key Responsibilities**- Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, price negotiation and delivery status.- Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing.- To coordinate with all related departments in order to achieve the target plan and schedule.- To ensure and practice a proper filing system.- To enquire and evaluate quotations from supplier- Coordinate, monitor and follow up with supplier on time delivery.- Issue PO and maintain systematic filing of PO- To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to Friday
