Details of the offer

To issue Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Quotation, follow up the status of all pending orders and delivery.- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.- Perform in a purchase, delivery planning, delivery control and stock control of materials.- Monitor and coordinate delivery and ensure a minimum safety stock level is kept at all time for site.- To coordinate with forwarded and supplier on shipment delivery schedule and ensure materials purchased are received on time and delivered smoothly to site on time includes of shipment arrangement, local and oversea transport, freight, import & etc.- Manage warehouse space, resource allocation including manpower at various locations to ensure sufficient and appropriate store space as well as manpower to carry out the duties in a cost effective manner.- Oversee the warehouse daily operations on goods receiving, picking and packing to ensure that team follows the Company operation procedures.- Organize and manage the Company's monthly stock take.- Work closely and communicate with vendors or partners and supervisor to avoid work and site complication.- Monitor and coordinate delivery and ensure a minimum safety stock level is kept at all time for site.- Budget forecast and assess possible project risks and setbacks.- To optimize warehouse cost, i.e. to drive spending and cost reduction.- Manage and lead the Storekeeper and Lorry driver, to coordinate work warehousing and delivery matter in sequence, controlling time and work quality.- Plan out daily and weekly activities to ensure usage of resources (lorry and vehicles), materials, equipment, and machine.**Job Requirement**- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, or related field. Those without degree with minimum 3 years of work experiences in purchasing/ inventory management/ material and warehouse are encouraged to apply.- Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin preferred.- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel and Inventory system.- Good in inventory control and analytical skills.- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently under pressure and responsible.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
