Purchasing & Logistic Executive-Manufacturing

Position: Purchasing & Logistics Executive.Salary: RM 3000-4000.Location: Nilai Industrial Park, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. Our client is a manufacturing company, specializing in the production of polyethylene-based building materials for building and construction sector. They are right now seeking to recruit a Purchasing & Logistics Officer for the permanent role based at their production plant in Nilai in Negeri Sembilan. The purchase of this role is is to assist the Logistics department with administration of the daily purchasing, warehousing and delivery to ensure efficient i and accurate operation to provide outstanding service to clients.Role & Responsibility-Responsible for purchase of fitting accessories and consumables products such as mono-coat, gloves, gas and diesel,etc. -Raise purchase orders on inventory suppliers and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders. -Manage the quotation, price and purchase delivery schedule.-Coordinate with sales and production teams on purchase orders and delivery schedule.-Coordinate inter-branch transfer and orders of material purchases.The candidate-Diploma qualification in purchasing or logistics management or Business.-At least 3 years of experience in similar role; with purchasing and logistics/shipping.-Excellent verbal/written communication skills,and ability to interact with all levels and roles.-Ability to multi task, prioritize and time management to meet deadlines.-Advance skills in Excel applications.
