Warehouse Operation Executive**Key Duties / Responsibilities**1. Warehouse Executive to execute plan according to operation procedure in order to ensure good customer service and safety in high standard level.2. The Warehouse Executive to execute operational excellence practices in operation with Warehouse KPIs focus oriented including shift briefing, root cause analysis exercise and provides "hands on leadership". This include driving SCFX program (if any).3. Warehouse Executive to supports cross functionally activities with warehouse team, planning, production, maintenance, engineering, finance and logistic.4. Accountable to ensure team are adhere to process control, SOP in place, OPL made available, provide coaching and training, monitor shop floor employee on pallet/CO2 management, pallet/CO2 inventory management system and others operational tools i.e. walkie talkie and machine.5. Warehouse Executive to execute good MHE and Battery Handling System management with the service team onsite. This include (not limited to) monitoring the uptime of equipment, PM activities, review fleet management system and develop action plans, employee training and license.6. Warehouse Executive to execute manning plan according to volume and activities - ensure compliance to legal, operation requirement and cost affective according to set productivity. This include the MHE planning and Battery Handling System to avoid unnecessary OPEX spending.7. Warehouse Executive to execute good pallet and CO2 inventory management. This include the supply of quality pallet, the quality check and pallet inventory management to ensure enough stock quantity to support production plan.8. Ensure enough empty pallet physical quantity supply to support production run according to production plan provide9. Champion in GMP/GWP to ensure safety and quality as per company target.10. Provide safe working environment to warehouse and other personnel11. Provide hands-on leadership, develop people capability and build up skills. This includes drive change, motivate team, mentoring & coaching.**Other Duties**1. Exercise responsible and professional behavior at all times and positively representing the Company.2. Ensure high standards of professional presentation and grooming.3. Be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other department/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.4.
