Supply Chain Manager

Lead and manage the Site Supply Chain team with the objectives of maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers - Ensure the best service level to the customers (internal and external customers) at the lower cost level (logistics, current inventory and physical flows). - Manage together with his/her team both the physical and information flow from the customers to the suppliers - Ensure that Valeo Supply Chain Strategy is deployed in the site - Lead the Supply Chain Team on the basis of the Valeo 5 axes - Ensure the Supply Chain Interface between customers and suppliers - Supervise the consolidated SIOP and MPS of the site - Ensure the quality of customer deliveries and of vendor delivery plan in terms of deadlines, quantities and costs - Control all physical flows (including freight) and information flows, both internally and externally - Improve continuously all physical and information flows - Measure the supply chain performance through KPIs as following: Customer and Supplier Delivery performance, Inventories, Premium Freight, etcWe are a Japanese Company specialized in manufacturing automobile lamps and mirror. Our company has been established in Malaysia since 1992. We have supplied parts such as Lamps and Mirrors to many automakers for 110 years. In order to improve customer services and business expansion specially in Chinese market, where growth is expected, ICHIKOH (a Valeo group company) established a local control system jointly with Valeo, and reorganized lamp subsidiaries and affiliates of the both companies. And we intend to strive toward enhancement of business structure and improvement of performance as a global company centered in Asia. Furthermore, in order to provide a global standard in design, development, quality and service, we will introduce common process and management tools with the alliance partner, Valeo, from now on.
