Purchasing Manager(Plentong F&B Company)/5 Days Work

**Responsibilities**:**Purchasing**- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking- Assess, manage and mitigate risks- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand**Receiving**- Check all products deliveries for quantity and quality using daily order sheets- Compare unit price on invoices to quotation or contract prices to ensure purveyor is charging correctly- Ensure that return procedure is adhered to and reflected on invoices- Stamp and code invoices- Complete products receiving sheet- Forward products receiving sheet with invoices to accounting- Reconcile total food, beverage and mini-bar purchases with accounting monthly**Storage & Issuance**- Assist in placing products supplies in their proper storage areas- Monitor that all products are being properly stored and rotated using the FIFO method- Monitor that requisitions are properly completed and signed- Maintain a neat, organized and well stocked warehouse facility**Inventories**- Update stock inventories on a monthly basis- Price and extend inventories- Establish and monitor inventories level- Record all transfers and costs of sales adjustments- Responsible for performing any additional duties as requested by the Management**Job Requirements**:- At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in similar industry..- Required Skill(s): Unified Communications, Change Management, budget, negotiation, inventory control- Preferably Manager specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow-up.- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Work well under pressure, be able to multi-task and stay focused.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- General Affairs: 1 year (preferred)
