**Responsibilities**:- Completed the procurement tasks assigned by the department according to the monthly procurement plan- Ensures that procurement is carried out in compliance to the company policy and department's standard operating procedures- Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives- Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information- Manage and review suppliers' performance based on quality, delivery- Compile information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.- Draw up contracts and ensure all purchasing contract comply to contract specification, obligation, warranty, company requirement and include all submission of warranty etc as required in contract- Stock check with relevant departments when necessary- Any other ad-hoc assignments whenever necessary.**Requirement**:- Bachelor degree or above;- Solid work experience in the relevant field is required for the said opportunity.
