Purchasing Officer/ Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Completed the procurement tasks assigned by the department according to the monthly procurement plan- Ensures that procurement is carried out in compliance to the company policy and department's standard operating procedures- Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives- Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information- Manage and review suppliers' performance based on quality, delivery- Compile information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.- Draw up contracts and ensure all purchasing contract comply to contract specification, obligation, warranty, company requirement and include all submission of warranty etc as required in contract- Stock check with relevant departments when necessary- Any other ad-hoc assignments whenever necessary.**Requirement**:- Bachelor degree or above;- Solid work experience in the relevant field is required for the said opportunity. Familiarity in foreign trade, imports and exports would be a strong advantage.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;- Familiar with procurement workflow and have market research ability;- Familiar with relevant contract terms, able to make commercial tenders and contracts;- Be able to control procurement costs, and constantly seek methods and measures to reduce costs;- Work conscientiously and have a sense of responsibility.- Proficient in CHI is a must, due to the needs to liaise with suppliers and/or vendors in China at all times.**Employment Benefits**:- Accommodation and meals provided, as well as other common employment benefits, such as contributions, leaves, and allowance (if applicable).- Salary normally consists of Basic + KPI, and is to be determined according to your qualifications and experiences.????:????: RM1,800.00?RM4,000.00(?? )????:- Bachelor's (??)????:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 ?
