Purchasing Officer

1. To assist in overseeing general administrative and operational duties including sourcing, quotation, invoicing, stock delivery, purchasing of raw materials, stock inventory report, updating & monitoring of supplies. This also includes monitoring of daily operations starting from logistics arrangement to manpower allocation.2. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, budgeting and personnel requirements; implementing changes as and when required.3. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.4. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.5. Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) including documenting processes.6. Responsible for all purchases of materials for production and the implementation of quality record.7. Responsible to report all transactions to Managing Director and Production Head when needed.8. Ensure suppliers deliver materials on time and comply with specification needed.9. Responsible to deal with the supplier to get the good quality product at reasonable price.10. Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management and other ad-hoc duties will be assigned under **SCS Group **of companies**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Alor Setar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
