Purchasing Officer

**Basic Qualifications / Skills / Abilities required**:- Ability to evaluate supplier bids in accordance with establishes criteria, such as specification, price, service and delivery.- Ability to established and maintains effective working relationships with supplier and end user.- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.**Principal Duties / Responsibilities / Authority**:- Establish and maintain high standards of relationships with suppliers for the most cost-effectiveness and favorable services.- Perform and evaluate purchasing activities to ensure safe and smooth production activities.- Perform any purchasing matters by interacting with inside party concerned.- Follow up on the delivery schedule of the items from local and overseas suppliers- To rectify any discrepancies of stock or documents received from supplier- Generate supplier evaluation report.- Any other task as assigned by PPS & Logistic Manager**To respect company rules and regulations**Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Purchasing: 1 year (required)
