Purchasing Officer

**Job Responsibilities:- ****- **Assist Procurement manager in monitoring daily operation event on item requisition.- To update & data entry on petty cash transaction under purchasing department.- Liaises with the Procurement manager to determine the product needs by the Hotel.- To deal with the supplier on product availability, to get the best price and delivery times.- Assesses cost of company purchase- Arrange and process the odering of goods for hotel usage & department request.- issuing purchase order / delivery note / Invoices & key in data entry for receiving & purchase items.- Coordinate and finalize details of all Hotel function, catering and deliveries.**Requirements**:- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 08/31/2023
