The plaza also features a state-of-the-art cable car system, which connects SkyAvenue to the mid-hill Genting Highlands Premium Outlets, carrying up to 3,600 passengers per hour per way.If you are searching for a dynamic career full of exciting growth opportunities; look no further and join us today!**Job Descriptions**- To review procurement agreements & documents to ensure the rights and interests of the Company are well protected.- Able to identify & highlight legal commercial risk or exposures involved in procurement agreements and documents.- To liaise and communicate with stakeholders in relation to contract agreements & documents.- To manage the contracts and documents to ensure all legal documents and agreements are properly monitored and organized.- Review and ensure that department policies & procedures comply with legislation and compliance requirements of governmental and professional bodies.- Contribute to develop, improve & refine departmental policies, processes, and ensure good governance within department.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance within department.- Manage compliance and risk within department.- Prepare and compile compliance documents for KYC purposes.- Undertake any other duties assigned.**Job Requirements**:- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law or any related field- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Sound legal knowledge.- Demonstrate strong attention to details & analytical skills- Able to work independently and in a cooperative manner with different levels- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Proficiency in both spoken and written Malay and English (reading, speaking and writing)- High degree of integrity- Responsible and committed- Proactive with strong initiative, positive attitude, hardworking and able to multi-task.
