Purchasing / Procurement Assistant

**Responsibilities**:- Laise with Suppliers, site supervisor, quantity surveyor- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of goods between supplier to ensure that all goods are delivered to site / store on time- Prepare and key in PO / Purchase invoice in computer software- Negotiable for the best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and service) with suppliers.- Other administrative duties that may assigned- Good attitude toward team work**Job Requirements**:- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, SQL system- At least 1 years experience in the related field- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia- Can work independently- Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
