Purchasing / Procurement Executive

To source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers- Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives- Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers.- Follow up purchase order issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.- Assist in selection and evaluation of existing/new suppliers to ensure they are conforming to quality, cost and delivery.- Able to prepare purchasing cost analysis reports, upkeep and maintain all record/data/document as per ISO requirements.- Work closely with production, material and inventory control at maximum efficiency- Review daily production output and adjust the production plan whenever necessary.- To conduct monthly material / product inventory count.- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.- Preferably in Food & Beverage Chain/ Restaurant Service experience is an advantage.- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.- Applicants must be willing to work in Galla Industrial Park, Seremban**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Early shiftSupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Work Remotely:- No
