Purchasing / Procurement Executive

**Report To: Purchasing Asst Manager****Responsibilities**:- Maintaining the Purchasing Department's filing system to meet company and legal requirements. Assures that documents are filed/housekeeping on a timely basis.- Source for potential suppliers for raw materials, goods, spare parts and services used in daily operations and office.- Monitor the purchase of goods, materials, spare parts and services to ensure that the company's operational needs are met, considering price, quality, and delivery and ensuring continuity of supply.- Responsible for preparing and compiling documents for payment purposes, assuring documents are approved per the company's policy and submitted to the Finance Department on time, and monitoring the three-way matching of the PO/invoice/delivery note.- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time by the superior.**Requirements**:- Positive attitude, proactive and good communication skills;- Detailed, efficient, good time management skills- Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.**Qualification**:- Certificate/Diploma in any field- PC literate - Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage- Working experience in the manufacturing/construction industry will be an added advantage- Possess own transport;- Minimum 2 years of working experience in purchasing roles
