Purchasing Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:- Handle shipping documentations & operations for import shipment with attention to details- To coordinate and execute purchasing activities and ensure the import activities to be handle properly.- Coordinate with freight forwarder and relevant government authorities for Import Shipment customs clearance, etc.- To resolve situation such as shortage allocation, quality issue, late deliveries and other issue related to all products.- Liaise and co-ordinate closely with Inter-Departments to ensure the efficiency of logistics & purchasing functions.- Familiar with international shipping incoterms, trade finances and tariff codes.- Assist to obtain all required import licenses and permits for all processes.**Job Requirements**:- Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in Import logistics compliance.- Good knowledge in handling import shipment.- Good communication, strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
