1. Ensure active participation in daily morning taiso, morning briefing and asakai2. To responsible and safeguard the effective implementation of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the Organization.3. To provide active participation in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) processes and knowledge of the QMS standards, including the handling on communication or interaction with global and local partners and external customers during audit/ visit.4. To consult with ALL Customer on Quality Audits, including attending to periodical reviews. In the meantime, be responsible to determine, reporting and recommending CAPA effectively on the main causes of quality deficiencies and non-conformance.5. Determine areas for improvement including 5S/ KAIZEN practices and implementation; and recommending appropriate corrective/ preventive actions at all production lines.6. To develop the Sectional Improvement Action Plans (IAPs) according to the needs and concerns towards related section and functional.7. To monitor monthly performance, take necessary action to meet the set targets/ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).8. To prepare and presented the Monthly Departmental KPIs Report for Monthly Quality Meeting9. To undergo all the assigned training needs as per stated in the established Departmental Training Plan for Quality Department.10. To carry-out QMS Program & activities, and ensure activities achieve Company's KPIs target.11.
