**Responsibilities**- To ensure Feed Safety Management System / BRC / ISO are ongoing, effective, suitable and valid.- To carry out active sampling for work-in-progress- To ensure routine testing works are carried out according to schedule and using approved method.- To verify analysis result and compile the analysis reports.- To inform superior of any off-specification raw material and finished feed.- To carry out inter laboratory comparison on international check sample and cross check analysis within the group (for self-audit of testing competency)- To prepare and submit all analysis report and ensure they are in order and maintained properly.- To plan and carry out periodic calibration of laboratory equipments.- To carry out chemical analysis and physical inspection.- To prepare and standardize chemical solution.- To manage scheduled waste after work shift- To develop and maintain spectra calibration to obtain best equation for NIR analysis parameters.- To keep stock record of chemicals, glassware and spare parts of equipments.- To source, evaluate and purchase of chemicals, glassware, spare parts of equipment whenever necessary.- To carry out preliminary evaluation on suppliers for purchase of lab equipment supplies and external laboratory services.**Requirements**:- To perform any other duties assigned by the Superior.- Degree in Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent.- Knowledge and skill in laboratory testing.- Preferably with minimum 1 year of working experience in the similar capacity.- Knowledge and experience in food industry including food management system (HACCP, FSSC and Halal standard) is an added advantage.- Good communication, time management, problem solving, meticulous, and analytical skills.- Able to work independently.- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Able work in **Seksyen 16, Shah Alam, Selangor.****Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you experience in food industry including food management system (HACCP, FSSC and Halal standard) ?- Knowledge and skill in laboratory testing ?- what is your current pay and expectation salary ?Application Deadline: 07/24/2023
