Qa Inspector

Job Description:- To perform daily quality inspection, ensure specification & process requirements are met. Area of coverage may include vendor incoming inspection, in-process inspection, out-going inspection & machine buy-off.- Feedback quality issue encountered to production. Feedback to QA technician if additional help needed.- Assist QA technician to perform incoming inspection at assembly and source inspection at vendor sites.- Ensure all daily inspection assignments are complete within required time frame.- Record down CMM room temperature & humidity daily tracking.- Proper storage of quality inspection data / reports. Maintain traceability & able to retrieve.- Assist QA engineer on quality data collection and data analysis for the weekly KPI report or any investigation or study.- Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.- To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.Job Requirement:- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing.- Preferably 1 year or more working experience in related field.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
