Qa/Lab Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**1. Verify in process and outgoing QC activities to ensure quality of product meeting requirements.2. Maintain and make sure the production equipment 's calibration is up-to-date3. Maintain the inventory control of chemical used in production4. Ensure all the FSSC documents are up to date5. Update technical documents including manuals, procedures, workflows, records or check sheets, specifications when assigned by QA manager6. Conforming results and issuing reports and Certificate of Analysis (COA) to customer.7. Liaise with third party lab for sample submission.8. Manage the preparation of pre-shipment sample and new sample as per customer request.9. Support the QA Manager during external audit.10. Perform internal audit as internal auditor for continuous improvement.11. Establish new product specification & process flow and update if any changes implemented.12. Perform new supplier evaluation and yearly supplier performance evaluation.13. Conduct investigation on non-conformance and deviation results.14. Coordinate in Halal Assurance System and ensure compliance.15. Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned by QA Manager from time to time.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**1. Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Food Science and Technology or related discipline.2. Fresh Grade is acceptable.3. A minimum of 3 years of relevant / similar working experience in a food manufacturing environment.4. Good knowledge in HALAL, GMP, HACCP and ISO/FSSC22000.5. Good communication ability at all levels.
