**JOB DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATION****Position: QA Lead****Language : Mandarin****EXP: 5+ years****1. Responsibilities**- Work with Scrum teams to complete root cause analysis and corrective action plans to ensure higher quality test coverage throughout the development and UAT development life cycles- Posses the ability to work in a fast paced environment that supports production and maintenance level changes with various teams and stakeholders.- Take ownership of the quality, reliability, performance and usability of the software deliverables.- Communicate with project manager and business analysts to understand software requirements to test plan.- Define and design functional & non-functional test cases and test procedures for software deliverables inclusive of UI based and non-UI based (API calls etc) deliverables.- Execute testing and provide feedback in forms of test result, discrepancy with the expectation and usability experience to the team leader and designated engineer.- Continuous improvement and optimization of test automation scripts with objectives to improve the overall software quality, improving efficiency and effectiveness for testing processes.**2. Essential Attainments To the Job****2.1 **Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Software Engineering or equivalent.**2.2 **Certification : preferably those with ISTQB certification or equivalent**2.3 **Working Experience2.3.2 Min 2 years experience in testing automation.2.3.3 Min 2 years experience in leading a QA team.**2.4 **Skills:2.4.1 Familiar with rapid software development and Agile methodology2.4.2 Strong knowledge in software testing principles.2.4.3 Core competency in using Selenium, Katalon.2.4.4 Strong understanding of business requirements and user expectation.**JOB DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATION**2.4.5 Strong verbal and written communication in English.2.4.6 Able to communicate in regional or local languages.2.4.8 Knowledge of CI/CD with any build Azure pipelines would be beneficial**3.
