Organize and manage the QA department to ensure that quality of products comply with customer requirements and management objectives.- Develop policy and determine in-house quality procedure, standards and specifications and ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standard.- To conduct internal quality audit and report to the management on adequacy, suitability and implementation effectiveness.- To lead the reply to customers highlights and audits, responsible to maintain the customer audit reports, and audit CA reply.- Develop and maintain the quality system to ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements for continuous improvement.- To deal with any government regulatory agencies, industries relations, research institute or laboratory, standardization bodies and external quality auditors on quality matters.- To liaise with customers on all quality related problems and coordinating all activities, corrective measures and reporting with regard to complaints.- Develop interactively with other departments to resolve quality issue and develop effective countermeasure and improvement activities.- Design, implement and improve company quality standards.- Devising procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues- Conduct process audit, monitoring and verification of all operations line that affect the quality.- supervising and guiding inspectors, technicians and other staff.- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.- Report all malfunctions to the production respective person-in-charge to ensure immediate action.- Troubleshoot product quality issues and investigate trade complaints,- Achieved quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; identifying and resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing change.- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.e rational and performance qualification.- Evaluates, facilitates, designs, implements and continually improves quality systems and processes.- Review current standards and policies for improvement, from time to time- Keep records of quality report, statistical reviews and relevant document**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
