Qa Manager / Senior Qa Executive

Responsibilities:Lead the coordination of the AS9100 certification processDevelop and implementing quality standards for analysing and monitoring effectivenessCollaborate with functional managers for acceptance of Flight HardwareContinuous improvement to Quality Management System and document file organizationWorking with functional leads on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) inputs and updating KPI DashboardConduct internal auditsIdentify mandatory and key inspection points for manufacturing and assembly of spaceflight hardware and ground support equipmentInspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are metServe as a member of the Material Review Board and assure appropriate disposition, cause and corrective action on non-conformance reports and disposition records as well as maintaining follow-up on open reject tags and non-conformance reports until they are satisfactorily closedRequirements:Bachelor's Degree is preferred6 - 8 years' experience in a Quality Control ISO 9001 and AS9100 working environment or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in CMM operation and Geometric Dimensioning and TolerancingExperience with Spacecraft or Aircraft Avionic control systemsExperience in document control within an ERP system
