In the past years, Upstream BPO Serviced 700+ customers across 18 countries.- Manage to create scripts for new products- Listen in on incoming and outgoing calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation- Train new hires on the importance of following scripts and on best practices during a call- Monitor operators' product knowledge, ability to handle objections and call closure- Track performance of individual scripts and operators- Prepare quality reports for Superior- Update procedures and scripts based on customer response and changing business needs**Qualifications**:- Excellent interpersonal skills- Sales and/or teaching ability- 3-5 years' experience in a training, coaching or sales setting required- Demonstrated ability to create scripts and other written communications- 1-2 years' experience in a call center environment preferred**Benefits**:**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Night shift- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- QA: 2 years (preferred)
