Maintain and control QA/QC practices with regular checks and inspections ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures.- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.- Accountable for the quality and workmanship of site activity, good knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to architectural and structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.- Provide advice and guidance to support the effective operation of the system.- To prepare necessary reports and ensure that all quality records are provided, properly kept and compiled for archiving and / or submission.- To responsible for monitoring quality control and inspection on site to ensure compliance with approved method statements, procedures, specifications and construction drawings.- Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.- Coordinate with stakeholders on all quality issues- Initiate, monitor, guide and follow-up on the implementation of action plan by the project teams or subcontractors.- Inspect, monitor, control and manage contractors' work**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- QC & QA SUPERVISOR: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/12/2024
