Position: QA/QC ManagerCompany Background: Cosmetic & Skincare ManufacturerWorking Location: Taman Perindustrian Parit Bakar 84000 Muar Johor.Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (Monday- Friday) ; 8.30 am-1.30 pm (Alternate Saturday)Salary Range: Basic RM3,000-RM4,000 (open to nego)**Jobs Descriptions**:- A quality control manager supervises staff and oversees product development procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards.- The quality control manager need to ensure the final products meet client needs and requirements.- Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.- Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.- Ensuring legal obligations are followed and compliance with regulatory bodies and health and safety guidelines.- Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.- Inspecting the final output, comparing IT to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.- Keeping accurate documentation.**Jobs Requirements**:- A diploma /bachelor's degree in science or business-based programs.- Have QAQC experience at least 3 years and above.- Have experience in GMP, ISO, HALAL certificated.- Previous experience in production or manufacturing.- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.- Excellent communication, listening skills, problem-solving, and work team.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in GMP, ISO, HALAL certification**Experience**:- QA/QC: 3 years (preferred)
