**QA/QC Document Controller****Key Responsibilities**:- Create and maintain document control procedures to ensure quality standards are met and documentation is properly managed.- Ensure all project documentation is correctly labeled, stored, and secured to meet internal and external requirements.- Maintain project registers, including equipment registers and project drawings.- Ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate, and that all revisions are properly documented and communicated.- Establish and maintain effective communication with project team members to ensure that document reviews and approvals are completed on a timely basis.- Manage and monitor external document control processes.- Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Support the project team in the preparation and assembly of project documentation.- .Prepare relevant document for JKR Audit ( Pengurusan Pembinaan Projek Reka & Bina- Prepare, submit & follow up the method statement & material approval according to the requirement/ contract**Qualifications**:- At least 2 years of experience in document control within the construction industry.- Knowledge of construction and engineering documentation.- Proficient in MS Office and document control software.Please call or whatsapp at this contact number : 019-9158398**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM1.00 - RM9,999.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
