JOB FUNCTIONS Assist and report to the Quality Engineer/Manager. Assist the Quality Engineer/Manager to establish the quality system and quality procedure of this project as ISO9001. Assist the Quality Engineer/Manager to update the PQP and procedure as requested by the SPC or client. Inspect and test all the materials as requested by the standard and specification before delivered to site, before construction and installation. Raise RFI to invite client, site supervisor and construction PIC for site inspection and testing. Conduct the site inspection and testing together with the client, site supervisor and site construction PIC. Ensure the client, site supervisor and construction PIC to sign all the checklist properly after inspection. Finish RFI compilation, scan and transfer to DC for submission to client officially. Working together with construction team to finish the rectification work and close the NCR. Working together with construction to close the comments from client or supervisor during the inspection. Establish and update the weekly working program and the weekly progress report. (Monthly Progress Report) Join the weekly progress meeting with JV team and the monthly progress meeting with client. 1. Membantu dan membuat laporan kepada Jurutera / Pengurus Kualiti. 2.Membantu Jurutera Kualiti / Pengurus untuk menetapkan sistem kualiti dan prosedur kualiti projek ini sebagai ISO9001. 3.Membantu Jurutera / Pengurus Kualiti untuk mengemas kini PQP dan prosedur seperti yang diminta oleh SPC atau pelanggan. 4.Periksa dan uji semua bahan seperti yang diminta oleh standard dan spesifikasi sebelum dihantar ke tapak bina serta sebelum melakukan pembinaan dan pemasangan. 5.Meningkatkan RFI untuk menjemput klien, penyelia tapak dan PIC pembinaan untuk pemeriksaan dan pengujian tapak. 6.Lakukan pemeriksaan dan pengujian tapak bersama dengan klien, penyelia tapak dan PIC pembinaan tapak. 7.Pastikan klien, penyelia tapak dan PIC pembinaan menandatangani semua senarai semak dengan betul selepas pemeriksaan. 8.Selesaikan penyusunan, imbasan dan pindahkan RFI ke DC untuk diserahkan kepada klien secara rasmi. 9. Bekerjasama dengan pasukan pembinaan untuk menyelesaikan kerja pembetulan dan menutup NCR. Kriteria: 1. Mempunyai kesanggupan bekerja dengan gigih. 2.
