Qaqc Inspector

**Job description**- Perform first-off inspection and testing, sampling inspection at defined interval frequency (In-process and printing inspection).- Utilize approval sample to determine the acceptance of printing or product appearance.- Ensure relevant SIP, first-off sample, inspection jig or tools are displayed and available at work station during production operation.- Responsible for quality reporting on potential or actual product or process abnormalities.- Report timely and accurate resolution of all problems identified through the sampling process.- Perform receiving/outgoing inspection of materials and supplies (Incoming/Outgoing Inspection).- Ensure a good housekeeping practice in the QC sample room and laboratory.- Study problems which might be found in the regular sampling for possible causes and solutions.
