Our products comply with international quality standards, and we have a broad network and project references.- Develop and maintain a factory-wide Quality Assurance System expressed in terms of written.Company Policy and procedures.- Develop and maintain an effective product quality appraisal system.- Monitor inspection of incoming materials/raw material and finished goods.- Update quality assurance, inspection and testing method.- Identify and prepare quality records.- Provide safe working environment.- To propose, initiate and improve control of further processing or delivery of non-conforming product.- Aid marketing and sales in the quality aspect of its business and troubleshooting of customers' complaints.- Stimulate a quality-minded attitude throughout the factory.- Provide leadership, motivation, training and guidance to instils higher quality awareness among his subordinates and other departments.- Review Quality Manual to complement Internal Audit to achieve consistency of Quality Management System.- To propose and initiate to develop new product and/or improvement existing product to meet the market needs.- To support the sales team on technical solutions for customer.- Participate in Internal Quality Audit.- Any other assignment given.**Qualification**Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry) or any related field.**Experience**Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field.**Skills**:- Resourceful and able to multi-tasking.- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.- Good team player and able to work effectively at all levels.- Good communication and writing skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.**Others**Own transport, willing to travel.**Location**: Based in Shah Alam**Address**:No. 12&14, Jalan Dawai 16/2, Seksyen 16, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor**Salary**: From RM3,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Do you have experienced in Chemical Industry ?**Experience**:- QAQC & R&D: 2 years (preferred)
