Qc Calibration Technician

Core Responsibilities:- Inspect outgoing parts according to Customer's specification/ internal control- Record and file quality data- Highlight quality problems discovered to the QA Engineer for actions- Ensure that all non-conforming parts are not mixed with good parts prior to disposition- Identify parts of their inspection status- Housekeeping of the inspection areas- Reject parts found not meeting specification- Authorize the release of confirming parts for the next process after QA Supervisor/Engineer approval- Do screening, packing, general duties and any other jobs as assigned by the supervisor/ engineer / manager- Other ad-hoc duties as assignedJob Requirement:- NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering or related discipline- Basic mathematic knowledge- Able to read engineering drawings, handle measuring instruments- Able to interpret GD&T and handle CMM, thread measuring method will be an added advantage- Basic computer knowledge**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Desa Cemerlang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
