Qc Inspector

1) To label "ON HOLD" or "QC REJECT" for on hold or rejected raw, sub material, work in process, and finished goods 2) To supervise IQC, IPQC, and OGQA. 3) To train all QC personnel on the respective incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections as per work instruction, quality requirements, and training needs. 4) To liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal personnel on quality issues. 5) To arrange for sorting or rework at the customer's place if any. 6) To ensure all approved samples are according to the specification. 7) To issue NCR and CAR on non-conformance to related departments. 8) To follow -up and verify corrective action taken by the respective departmental personnel in regard to minimizing or diminishing the quality problem. 9) To ensure incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections are implemented as per procedures and Work Instruction (WI). 10) To arrange for raw material and final products laboratory testing. 11) To ensure that all NCR and CAR issued to internal departments and ICDR issued to suppliers are closed within a specified time frame. 12) To provide product quality information to production on daily basis. 13) To ensure all testing equipment in the laboratory is in good condition. 14) Can working shift or night shift is preferableUNITED CREATION PACKAGING SOLUTIONS (JH) SDN.
