Qc Inspector

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible to perform Quality check on Cutting, bending, welding, assembly, lathe, grinding, tapping, painting, installation & commissioning and other production process timely.- Inspects and approved incoming outsourced products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable products.- Inspect in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurements test, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.- Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurements test, returning products for re-work and confirming re-work.- Documents inspection, measurements and test data in the correct forms as specified in the Quality Handbook and generate all the required quality inspection document report for customer.- Safeguard equipment by exercising due care in their use so that readability and performance of the equipment in maintained.- Ensure that measuring equipment is stored safely to protect against damage or loss.- Inform immediate superior and production personnel promptly when any non-conformance is identified during inspection or any unresolved matters pertaining to issues of non-conformity so that corrective action can be taken.**Requirements**:- Must have at least 1 year experience in QA/QC department. Experience of Visual Welding Inspector will be added advantage.- Fresh graduate is welcomed as training will be provided.- Working knowledge and understanding of testing requirement as detailed in product specification and knowledge of operating testing/measuring equipment is preferable.- Hight motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. Proactive thinking with "can do" attitude.
