Qc Inspector

**Responsibilities**- Support QCE to maintain company's quality assurance and quality control programs.- Support QCE to verify the implementation and effectiveness of company's quality assurance and quality control programs with continuous improvement.- Identify and provides solutions to QAQC issues.- Identify and provide solutions to Project Non-compliance Report (NCR).- Ensure compliance to Client's QA/QC requirements.- Monitor Welder Qualification Test.- Prepare Material Traceability Record, as necessary.- Prepare Weld Map, as necessary.- Review NDT results.- Witness Hydrostatic Test, witness by DOSH/3rd party.- Liaise with inspection parties (Client inspector / 3rd party/ DOSH)- Assure that shop / site inspections are carried out as per approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP).- Carry out shop fabrication / site inspections such material identification, dimensional and final inspection, fit-up, joint preparation, visual welding, post- weld heat treatment and Blasting & Painting, etc.- Prepare and compile QC Reports / Test Package and coordinate/support Box-up Cert.- Liaise with client and sub-contractors on any quality issues.- Support QAQC Team to ensure all actively in-use inspection tools are calibrated and fit for inspection.- Any other QC-related duties as required.**Requirements**:- Minimum diploma, with valid OGSP.- Possess certificate in o&g industry**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payApplication Question(s):- Are you a local people from Sabah?License/Certification:- Oil & Gas certificate (required)
