Qc Leader

Inspection of loose carton boxes, rework or assembly parts- Verify 2 hours samples directly from machine and sample verification.- Ensure all job completed (quality record, OG reports, all good parts are stored-in, line clearance of the machine & Daily QC report) at end of the shift- Liaise with production supervisor or technician to follow up on closure of non-conformity parts- Supervise all QC to ensure SOP is not compromised (Inspection, Packing and Labelling)- Highlight un-stable process parts, monitor production sorting and unstable process- Measure dimension for all running machines and new parts setup- Patrol machine shop and verify production rejects- Report on-hold parts list every shift & critical parts- Perform IPQC role during short man-power days and daily or weekly housekeeping of QC section- Patrol machine shop and verify production rejects- Execute any ad-hoc work assigned by immediate supervisor**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All the staffs should wear mask and follow the SOP.Application Question(s):- Are you able to read and write?- Are you team player?**Experience**:- QC Leader: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English and Malay (preferred)
