Qc/Purchasing Clerk

**1**. To check, plan and preparing all standard QC reporting, monthly management meeting, QC customer documentation needs, lab analysis report and other management reporting as and when required.2. To check, plan and perform all standard data entry into information systems.3. To prepare an indent / material requisition of department.4. To plan, update and control all department filing system according to 5S requirements.5. To undertake daily administrative job on team leave management, staff claim, daily OT claim, weekly & monthly OT forecast as per standard compliance, department meeting, document control process and related task required from time to time.6. To prepare COA of all products as required by Documentation Dept. and others.7. To support in preparing sampling reporting according to lab testing.8. Liaise with other department for any other matters which related to the administration.9. To support team in routine analysis with close supervision of Assistant, Chemist and team.10.
