The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.- Review and sanitize extracted data to ensure it is free from errors, inconsistencies, and irrelevant information- Analyze the sanitized data to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues- Classify data anomalies, discrepancies, and irregularities according to predefined criteria- Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing the results of data analysis and issue classification- Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders and assist in decision-making processes- Understand the key drivers of seller satisfaction, identify opportunities and determine strategies to improve overall service**Requirements**:- A Bachelor's degree in a related field and fresh graduates are welcome to apply- Working experience in data extraction, data analysis, or quality assurance would be an added advantage- Proficiency in Excel formulas, such as VLOOKUP and INDEX MATCH- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently as needed- A strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations is advantageous
