Job ResponsibilityThe Job Inspect the final product to make sure IT has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations.To ensure in-coming, in-process, final and pre-delivery inspection is being carried out effectively.To help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processesDevising and reviewing specifications for processes and final productsSpecifying quality requirements of intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance to meet customer standardsDetermining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specificationsOversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standardsInspect final output and compare properties to requirementsApprove the right products or reject defectivesKeep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysisSolicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are metSubmit detailed reports to appropriate executivesBe on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient proceduresEnsuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international levelJob RequirementsThe CandidateCandidate must possess at least a degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics EngineeringConscientious and responsibleA keen eye for detail and a result driven approachOutstanding communication skillsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsProficient in MS OfficeIn depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standardsExcellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methodsJob BenifitsUniformAdditional leave paid - compassionate leave, child marriage leaveCondolence contribution - immediate family member
