Quality Assurance Executive

Job Responsibility Job Description Oversee QA/QC Inspector in carrying out quality control on the incoming, in-progress materials and final assembly. Ensuring proper labels are used for final products. To complete job given by superior. Check inspection reports for incoming, in-progress and final assembly inspections for Pocket and Bonnel spring. Inform superior / Production Supervisor if non-conforming products are found. Verify NCP issued by QA QC Inspectors for any non-conformance detected in the production floor. Update Complaint Summary List for Raw Materials. Ensure reject area are cleared daily. Ensure all manufacturing processes and procedures meet the quality standard and customer. Oversee that all SOPs and specifications are properly implemented. Initiating participating and driving corrective action and root cause analysis. Validate optimum quality solutions. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Assist Asst QA Manager / Manager on daily tasks. Other jobs that maybe assigned by superior from time to time. AUTHORITY Acceptance / Rejection of incoming, in-progress and final products. Job Requirements QUALIFICATION Diploma and above. Preferably male and able to converse in Mandarin. Experiences / Skills Requirements At least 3 years working experience as an Executive in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge in Computer & communication skill Able to upkeep a clean and tidy filing system Understanding in drawing / job order. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and spring mattress are an added advantage.
