**Quality Assurance Executive**Location: Shah Alam**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate & investigate the customer complaints and follow up / negotiate on rejection.- Updates the complaint details (e.g. root causes, containment action, permanent CA) into verification report.- Liaise with customers on the quality requirement for new/existing product and quality related issues.- Make a summary report of the customer complaint in daily, weekly and monthly basis.- Coordinate the daily internal meeting with related department regarding customer complaint.- To manage the rejection inventories returned from customers and submit the summary report.- To support the sales team on technical solutions for customers.- To reply the customers quality report with timely manner by coordinate with related department- To assist in compiling data and information for reports such as KPI, Customer Feedback and Complaint Report- Participate in the Internal & External Quality Audit or Any compliance committee**Requirements**:- Knowledge in ISO 9001 and QA/QC audit process.- Resourceful and able to multi-tasking- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision / Good team player**Qualification**:- Fresh graduate encourages to apply, 2-3 years experience will be advantage**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
