Job Details:- Will be the Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for the project assigned.- Following the requirements between organization and client for all Quality Assurance related matters.- Responsible for monitoring data accuracy, SOP, and Process Compliance.- Prepare a report about performance results by following the Quality Assurance format.- Attending or conducting calibration sessions with clients and assigned supervisors on a weekly and monthly basis.- Conducting Quality Assurance collaboration sessions with related teams.- Conduct coaching sessions with agents for performance improvement.- Responsible for preparing an improvement plan.**Working Location**:(Menara Public Bank 2, Jalan Raja Chulan) or (Menara Shell, Jalan Tun Sambanthan)**Working Time**: 5 days' work with 2 days off.
