We seek a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts at our steel fabrication company. In this critical role, you will oversee developing and implementing quality assurance policies, manage inspections and tests to ensure product standards, and lead initiatives to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.Qualification Requirements:Soft Skills:Excellent leadership and managerial skills to lead the QA teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityEffective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departmentsProactive problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address quality issuesHard Skills:Proven experience in quality assurance management, preferably in the steel fabrication or manufacturing sectorThorough understanding of quality assurance standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and methodologiesExperience with quality inspection, auditing, and testing at least five yearsBachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldThe Quality Assurance Manager is pivotal in ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
