**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Meet the Minimum Skills Requirements as a monitor.- Assess the quality and accuracy of the calls monitored, including financial and compliance accuracy.- Provide feedback to the Analysts.- Provide feedback to the Trainers (as appropriate)- Implement process / analyst corrective action as required.- Generate the accuracy scores and send the report to all concerned.- Maintain 'program quality' related client interactions.- Good product knowledge supported with excellent communications & presentation skills.- Basic understanding of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)**REQUIREMENTS**:- Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.- At least, 2 years industry experience in Quality Assurance.- Native Language skills of C1 and above.English language skill of B1 and above CEFR equivalent.- Prior Product Specialist experience preferred.- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA.**Work hours**:- Hybrid : Mon = 10am to 7pm and Tues to Fri = 9am to 6pm**Work Location**:- Kuala Lumpur (Accessible via Public Transport LRT/KTM)Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Quality Assurance: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (required)
